"Justice In The Universe"

Something a little different this week, although again it's a song that's never been published before. I wrote this in 1997 with Robbie Williams and a more conventional "Angels" style arrangement in mind. For this version the arrangement is basically synth and electric guitar.

So the song sounds a little 'space age' to complement its title. The synth doesn't appear in the video as I had to painstakingly construct the sound on my PC in pieces, making a full performance video hard to create. If you want to get technical, there's more detail here.

Anyway, the theme of the song is around how bad timing or circumstances can keep apart people who belong together. It's a song of derailed destiny ("what twist of fate...") and lost hope.
